Services

Sundays 9:00am

This is a more liturgical Common Worship service with songs and hymns played on a keyboard. One service a month is Service of the Word and the rest are Holy Communion, so the focus is very much on word and sacrament. The service lasts one hour.

Sundays 10:30am

This service is particularly popular with families. It is a growing, informal service where the gifts of the Holy Spirit are encouraged in worship. Worship at this service is led by a contemporary worship band. The focus here is worship, word and prayer ministry, although there is Holy Communion once a month. The service lasts for about an hour and a half and there is provision for all ages, including a creche. Once a month (usually the third Sunday of the month) there is a shorter ‘All Age Service’, but on all the other Sundays there is a prepared programme for all ages from 0-18.

Sundays 6:30pm

Over the years this has developed as a service where our members and young people can ‘go deeper with God’. It is recently a place from which we planted two new congregations – Embassy (a fresh expression for young adults) and Engage (a youth outreach with worship). The service allows space for seeking after the presence of God, focuses on worship, word, prayer, use of gifts of the Holy Spirit and prayer ministry. We also share Holy Communion together once a month.

Wednesdays 9:30am

This is a non liturgical service of Holy Communion which includes a time of reflection, discussion and prayer. The service lasts half an hour.
