As a loving community, we support all those who are in need through our Pastoral Care Team. Please click here to find out the ways in which we can support you. If you would like some pastoral support, please contact the team (details can be found here).
If you would like to get involved in supporting others through our pastoral work, please contact Sylvia Wilson.
We will soon be running a Exploring Faith Course, which is an excellent opportunity to explore faith in a relaxed setting—and you’ll hear some amazing stories about real people, too!
If you want to know more, or if you want to come, please contact John Lambert.
The latest version of In Touch is available here.
Please feel free to download and print yourself a copy, or come to church and pick up your own full-colour printed copy!
A very warm welcome to Naomi Tyrie and Nikitta Stocker, the new Launch gap-year students, who start working for us today (15 September). They will be working mainly at All Saints’ for the next year, as part of the staff team.
Please welcome them, and invite them round for a coffee, or for dinner. They will be living together in Thornaby, and are on the lookout for part-time work to support themselves while they work for us.
Welcome to Phase 2 of our website. The design is basically the same, but there are lots of new features:
If you click on a link that doesn’t work, please use the contact form to notify the church office, and we’ll get it sorted. Or, you can log it on the website code page.
Please let us have any feedback you have on the site, negative or positive, so we can make it better.
Starting on Sunday 7 September, John and the preaching team will be taking us through the biblical understanding of vision, and asking where we as a church are heading, how we can grow together and realise the vision that God has given us.
Sermons from the series will be available on our website.
Also this term Julia and Jan have revamped the children’s work, renaming the groups and introducing some new events. Check out the childrens section for more information.
After several months of negotiations with the council, we have ordered some new sound equipment, which we are hoping to have installed and working by the end of the month.
We have replaced the acoustic drum kit with an electronic one, and rearranged the main speakers to improve the direction of the sound. We are very excited about having a full band lead our worship again.
